1. Oslo Taxi AS reserves the right to reject the application and terminate the customer relationship without prior notice or justification. Upon termination of the customer relationship, the card must be destroyed immediately.

2. TaxiCard is issued for a period of 2 years. A new card is automatically issued before the expiration date.

3. The customer is obliged to store and use the card and associated code in a responsible manner.

4. Opening of a blocked TaxiCard must be notified in writing to taxicard@oslotaxi.no.

5. Invoices are issued twice per month with 14-day payment terms. A credit fee of 4% of the tour amount is charged, minimum NOK 18.75 per invoice. Invoices that are not paid by the due date will be charged 1% interest per month commenced.

6. All use of TaxiCard is charged to the customer until notification of loss or cancellation is registered with Oslo Taxi AS.

7. The customer must immediately notify Oslo Taxi AS in writing of any change in company name, address, telephone number and email to taxicard@oslotaxi.no.

8. When changing organization number, a new application must be submitted.
