Max price
You will always receive a price quote from us every time you order or hail a taxi.
The maximum fare is calculated from the estimated time and kilometers of the journey based on the shortest route from Google Maps. If the taximeter shows a lower price at the end, that is the lowest price you will pay.

Pre-order
A trip can be booked well in advance. A pre-booking is not assigned to a specific car when you book, but is sent to the driver a few minutes before the pick-up time.
The taximeter will be set to a cash rate until the scheduled pick-up time, after which the driver will switch the meter to a cash rate. The driver will also switch to a cash rate if you get into the car before the agreed pick-up time.
Automatic booking
Ask to set up automatic phone ordering when you contact our customer service center. The next time you call, you can order using the number keys on your phone.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a pre-order must be made no later than 30 minutes before the pick-up time. If the order is not cancelled within this time limit, you will be charged the minimum price. Directly ordered cars cannot be cancelled, and you will be charged the applicable minimum price for the pick-up.
