Lost & Found
Forgot something? It’s easy to forget things when you're on the move. Our drivers hand in all lost items to the police within 12 hours, or the following Monday if it’s a weekend. If you get in touch quickly, we’ll try to connect you with the driver directly.
Feedback: compliments or complaints
We’re committed to delivering high-quality service, and your feedback matters. It helps us improve.
Send your thoughts to kvalitet@oslotaxi.no and one of our team members will look into it and log the case.
If you feel the service or pricing wasn't up to standard, you’re always entitled to file a complaint. And if you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the case to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).
